2004 - Scott Peterson Trial lottery with Detective Bureau Receptionist Carol Hurst pulling the winning numbers and Deputy Milan Radojevich as security.  There were 150 seats in the courtroom, but most of it was taken up by the prosecution, defense, family on both sides and media.  There were about 30 seats available for the public and a lottery took place with at least 200 or more trying to see the trial.  People came from all over the United States, on vacation, trying to win the lottery, especially when Amber Frey was on the stand.
